[updating] Point Brown's source of water is a natural well. Frequent testing is done by Point Brown to ensure water is suitable for drinking and bathing, however, you may wish to bring your own bottled water. There is only one parking spot available per unit. Trucks and vans over 3/4 ton are not permitted on the property. A $50 refundable deposit (cash or credit card) will be taken at check-in. A lodging tax, imposed by the state, will also be collected. This is determined by unit and season. Please, no smoking in the units. No pets are permitted. Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced. Access to the units will vary. There are stairs throughout the property, with ramps to the office and the the New York build- ing. All other buildings are not equipped with ramps or elevators. Studios, One bedrooms and Penthouses are the only units that have elevator access. If you have questions about a particular unit's access or configuration, please contact the resort.
