A $50 refundable deposit, in cash or credit card is required at check-in. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. Guest are assessed an accommodations tax required by the state. This rate is based on unit size and season which is approximately US$35.00 per week. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted.
