Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen murphy bed and 1 queen pull-out sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Resort has 3 floors - NO ELEVATORS. Please call resort for handicap unit information. Parking is located across a main four-lane Boulevard from the resort. Credit card imprint required and Occupancy levels strictly enforced. All arrivals after 7 pm on Saturday or after 5p Mon-Fri must call resort in advance for late check-in/lock box instructions. Office CLOSED on SUNDAYS. Fees are charged for phone calls. You may not insist upon a view of the Gulf as many units do not have a water view.
