[updating] All units at The Wellington are air- conditioned and have a fireplace, VCR, television and a partial kitchen with a microwave oven, full refrigerator, dish- washer and washer/dryer. Only 2br units (check-in on Sunday) have a conventional oven. All 2BR units have a whirlpool bathtub except 512-AB. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king or 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Elevators are located in all buildings. Please notify the office if arriving after 09:00 pm. No pets are allowed. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge. The resort does not provide pool towels. Most area attractions can easily be reached by walking or via public transportation. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. The resort is located on the water behind Thames Street, however it can become very congested during high season - walking is recommended. Parking is provided for RCI guests. US$200 security deposit required at check-in.
