Other unit accessories include a fireplace, washer/dryer, telephone, television, VCR, and a whirlpool tub. The resort collects a US$7 per week utility fee. 3BR loft units OCC: Max 9/Pri 8 have 1 full bath and 2-3/4 baths, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and a queen sleep sofa. The units are tri-level with a loft that contains a futon sofa and chair. No pets are allowed. Resort charges a US$25 key deposit at check-in which is refunded at check-out. Please contact the resort if you will be arriving late. You will need to go to the security station at the front entrance for late entry. A car is necessary to enjoy the area and access local activities and/or amenities. The resort has a small convenience store for sundry items located in the resort's check-in building, however,groceries can be purchased at the the local grocery store approximately two miles from the resort.
