[updating] Your unit at The Pines at Treetops is air- conditioned, has a microwave oven, tele- phone and television. The 2 bedroom units all have a dishwasher and VCR, but not all units have a washer/dryer or a whirlpool. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer in buildings with units that don't have them. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a king bed and a sleep sofa, and a partial kitchen with a refrigerator. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1king bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 and 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. Pets are strictly prohibited. OCCUPANCY is enforced. A US$20 key deposit is required. Must be 21 to check in. Each unit has its own telephone number. Resort has 3 floors and no elevators. There is a charge for some of the amenities of the resort. Even though some amenities are listed as on site, they may require a short drive. THE LAKE IS ON SITE, HOWEVER THE TIMESHARE UNITS ARE NOT LAKE FRONT. THE SIZE OF UNIT ASSIGNED AT TIME OF CONFIRMATION IS THE UNIT SIZE ASSIGNED UPON CHECK IN. THE RESORT IS UNABLE TO DO UNIT UPGRADES.
