There are no elevators on site. Units and common indoor areas are non-smoking. No pets are allowed. Violators are fined US$250 per day & a cleaning fee. Winter Park is set at a high altitude, of 9600ft, which may aggravate health conditions. Many local restaurants and shops are closed during the off season, October thru May. A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT OR US$100 CASH OR CHECK IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. If the member is not checking in, the guest MUST have a guest certificate.
