THIS UNIT IS BEST EQUIPPED FOR 1 ADULT COUPLE WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 CHILDREN. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.7 baths, 1 king or queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. NO UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE. Resort will place guests into the unit type confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: RESORT CHARGES A MANDATORY HOSPITALITY FEE OF US$15/NIGHT FOR STUDIO UNITS AND US$25/NIGHT FOR 1BR UNITS. THE FEE WILL BE COLLECTED BY CREDIT CARD AT CHECK-IN. A car is not necessary to enjoy NYC. Parking is extremely limited and available for a very expensive, nightly rate.
