NO STOVE TOP/OVEN COOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE UNITS DUE TO A CITY ORDINANCE. Daily linen exchange is available at no charge. Maid service is available for a fee. No pets are allowed on the property. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 or Max 4/Pri 2 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. The resort has two floors, and all even numbered units are on the second floor, there are NO ELEVATORS. Townhouse units have stairs leading to the loft bedrooms. The resort does not switch units at check- in. The unit number listed on the RCI confirmation is usually the unit to expect upon arrival. Check-in is at the main lobby on Friday or Sunday beginning at 4:00 p.m. Exchange guest must be at least 21 years old in order to check-in. A security deposit of US$100 is required upon check-in. Check-out is at 10 a.m. on Friday or Sunday. The front desk is open 24 hours for your convenience.
