[updating] All 1 and 2 bedroom units at The Cliffs Resort have a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Other unit amenities include a washer/dryer, wet bar, TV with VCR and telephone. Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 queen bed and a partial kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and wet bar. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. 4BR units OCC: Max 10/Pri 8 have 4 baths, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Units do not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans and balconies on each side and breezes from the ocean. Contact the resort for any special needs requests. The resort must collect a Hawaii Transient Accommmodations Tax ranging from US$15.00 to US$35.00 per interval confirmed based on the unit size and a US$50.00 utility surcharge per stay. There is no restaurant onsite. Two shuffleboard courts, a half court basketball court, volleyball court and children's playground are available to owners and guests of the resort.
