The resort is on the lagoon side. All units face the lagoon or the swimming pool. The front desk is at the entrance of the resort and is open 24 hours a day. Boats and trucks are not allowed in the parking lot. Pets are not allowed. A new visitor entry fee of US$15 p/person will be applied inthe form of a tourist card. All members staying a Resort in the State of Quintana Roo, will have to pay an additional 2% State/lodging tax.
