[updating] All units are equipped with full size kit- chens and have microwaves, washer/dryers, hair dryers, color televisions with VCR's and HBO. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 double beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 1/2 baths, 2 king beds, 2 double beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Units are comfortably furnished but not luxurious. The room number assigned is the room number you receive. No pets allowed. Oversized vehicles such as campers and boats are not permitted in the parking lot and are not allowed to park on city streets. On-site parking limited to 1 space for guests checking into 1BR units and 2 spaces for guests checking in a 3BR unit. Check-in is from 5 - 8 pm on Friday only. CREDIT CARD IMPRINT (VISA or MC only) IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN. ANYONE CHECKING INTO THE RESORT UNDER THE AGE OF 25 MUST SIGN A SECURITY AGREE- MENT AND PROVIDE A US$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT AT CHECK-IN. A PRE-CHECK-OUT INSPECTION BY A RESORT EMPLOYEE IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT CAN BE RETURNED. CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPA.
