[updating] All units offer a TV, telephone and fully equipped kitchen. Most units contain a washer/dryer or free laundry facilities. Bedding structures and number of bathrooms vary by unit. 2BRs are either OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 -or- Max 8/Pri 4 (LOFT). The "LOFT" units are best-suited for a maximum of six adults--since occupants using the 2nd BR, loft and living room all share 1 bathroom. NO PETS ALLOWED. No motorcycles, mopeds, boats, campers, or RVs are allowed within Sea Pines Plantation. Having a car is recommended to enjoy the area. The check-in location is "The Resale Co.", just outside of Sea Pines Plantation. Check in begins at 4pm and the office is open until 6pm/Saturday. *If arriving late you MUST phone the resort in advance.* The resort mails out separate confirmations. Resort units are located in various areas in Sea Pines. Some have stairway access in and out. No elevators onsite. Relocations are not available.
