Units are small and Units 104, 105, 204 and 205 do not have a balcony. Units 213, 113, 201, 202 and 203 do have a view of the gulf. Bathroom access in one bedroom units is through the bedroom. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 (552 sq feet) have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 (650 sq feet) have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 trundle bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. The resort sponsors limited organized activities. There is mid-week towel exchange. Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Saturday, 7am - 3 pm on Sunday. If you anticipate arriving after these hours, call the resort in advance for late check-in procedures. Call the resort in advance to obtain the phone number for your unit. Resort has 2 floors - no elevators, the first number of your unit indicates the floor you are on. Beach towels are available for your use. Campers and boats are not permitted on property. Due to erosion, the beach area is small.
