Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen Murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa and 1 bath. The resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Resort is completely non-smoking. No pets are allowed. Extra linens are available upon request for a fee. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort has two floors and no elevators. No air-conditioning in units. The resort enforces a US$75 security deposit, payable at check-in by Visa, Mastercard, check or cash. The resort is located on a busy street and near railroad tracks. Guests may experience minimum noise from traffic and passing trains. The resort does have handicap accessible units but these units are not ADA compliant.
