No special licenses are needed, however upon check-in there is a US$100 orientation surcharge, plus charges for motor and generator fuel. Approximate additional charges are: septic pumpout US$35 and US$15 for propane. Two insurance options available: 1. US$100 non-refundable fee and a US$500 deposit refunded at end of week. 2. US$1500 deposit refunded at the end of your week. Visa, mastercard or cash accepted. While cruising, anchor almost anywhere along the St John's River or pull into any number of marinas (including resort's marina) where overnight charge is in the area of 50 cents per foot ex: 40 ft houseboat would be US$20 per night. Small pets (lap dogs) are allowed at a charge of US$10 per day per pet. Should you wish to dock overnight at Holly Bluff Marina during your stay, fee is US$10 per night.
