The units DO NOT have air- conditioning. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 full bath, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Please note that the resort is at an elevation of 7,500 feet. If you have respiratory or heart problems, you may wish to consult with your physician prior to your arrival. The resort is 2 stories and DOES NOT have an elevator. No pets are allowed. Having a car is necessary to enjoy the area fully. If you are checking in anytime after 6 pm on the check-in day, please notify the resort in advance. THERE IS A SURCHARGE OF US$20 for a 1BR and US$25 for a 2BR per week. The surcharge will be collected at check-in and you may pay by cash or credit card.
