Some units may include a fireplace, washer/dryer, and a whirlpool spa/hot tub. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa and a partial kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king water bed, 1 sleep sofa and a full kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 2 queen beds, 1 sleep sofa and full kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have either 2 1/2 or 3 baths, and varying bed structures. 3BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king waterbed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have either 2 or 3 1/2 baths and varying bed structures. All 2 and 3 bedroom units have full kitchens. Rayburn Country also offers an additional private clubhouse provided strictly for Timeshare owner utilization. No pets are allowed. There are fees charged for use of the golf course and golf carts. A car is necessary to enjoy the area.
