Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 2/ Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen murphy bed. NOTE: Studios for 2 are small (approx 344 sq ft). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king or queen bed, & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have either 1 3/4, 2 3/4 or 3 baths w/varying bed structures. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/ Pri 8 have 2 3/4 bath, 2 king or queen beds, 1 queen or 2 twin beds, and a sleep sofa. Housekeeping services are available for a fee. No pets are allowed. To fully enjoy the area, having a car is recommended.
