[updating] All units at Pono Kai Resort have 2 TVs, a telephone, VCP, stereo, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Studio units and some 1 bedroom units have partial kitchens. Imperial and Presidential units have full kitchens. AIR CONDITIONING IS *ONLY* IN THE LIVING ROOM OF THE 1BR UNITS. 2BR UNITS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. Resort cannot guarantee an oceanfront unit. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and full murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. There are charges for local and long distance calls. No pets allowed. Security deposit of US$50 due at check-in. For a nominal fee, portable cribs and rollaways are available by request. Highchairs and playpens available upon request. Washers/ dryers are available in each building, except the "K" building. All Hawaii resorts have a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will range from US$15 - US$35 per room confirmed and will be collected by the resort.
