[updating] In your vacation home at Peregrine Townhomes you are right on the beach. All units are air-conditioned, have a television, VCR, and a microwave. 1BR loft units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. The unit has 2 floors- no elevators. Those with difficulty climbing should be be aware that all units are accessible only by a flight of approx. 16 stairs. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Vehicles are allowed to be driven on the beach in the area. There is a toll bridge between the resort and Galveston. Galveston is approximately 25 miles away. There are no phones in the units; however, a public phone is available on-site. As of 6/26/06, the resort will allow pets.
