Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and Max 4/Pri 2 have either 1 or 2 baths, 1 sleep sofa and 1 queen or king bed. 1BR UNITS ARE BEST SUITED FOR 1 ADULT COUPLE AND MAYBE 2 CHILDREN, AS THE UNITS ARE VERY SMALL. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths and varying bed structures in each unit. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths and varying bed structures. NO PETS. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in payable by Visa or MasterCard only. (No cash.) The deposit will be refunded at check-out. Check-in is 4pm. Late arrivals must contact the resort in advance. Check-out time is 10am. Not all units are ocean front. THE RESORT CANNOT GUARANTEE THE LOCATION OF THE CONFIRMED UNIT AND CANNOT MAKE UNIT CHANGES.
