Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed. 1 bedroom units are extemely small. No pets allowed. US$100 security deposit required at check-in. Daily house-keeping can be purchasedfor US$40 per day. Coin laundry is on-site.A car isrecommended to fully enjoy the area. One parking space per unit is available on-site. Trailers are allowed; however must be parked off site, a block away from the resort. The minimum check in age is 25; the resort strictly enforces this.
