[updating] All Paradise Isle condominiums are air- conditioned and have a television and telephones. There are laundry facilities on site free of charge. A security deposit of US$150 is required at check in. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 double beds, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 bath, 2 full beds, and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Children must be supervised at all times. Persons with difficulty climbing should be aware that there are many stairs leading to the units. The resort has two floors and no elevators. Units do not have dishwashers. The resort requires all occupants to be over 23 unless accompanied by a parent. A car is not necessary to enjoy the beach and resort, but would be helpful in sight-seeing. Recreational vehicles, motorhomes and campers are allowed on the premises for loading and unloading only; they may not be parked on the property for an extended period of time.
