Units also include a TV with VCR located in the living room. 2 BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and two full baths. 3 BR OCC: Max 9/Pri 6 have 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, one full bed in the second bedroom, one full bed in the third bedroom, a pull out sofa and futon in the living room and 3 full baths. EVERY UNIT HAS STAIRS. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT. A US$250 security deposit is required at check-in payable in the form of a check or via credit card (MasterCard OR Visa). Late check-in fee US$50. From June 1 through September 1, there is check-in located on site at the resort ON FRIDAYS ONLY from 6 PM to 11PM. If arriving on another day, check in is at Bay Mgmt 5000 Coastal Highway 50th Street Ocean City, MD 9AM - 5PM. If arriving outside of normal business hours, you must contact the resort in advance at 888/723- 2862 to make alternative arrangements.
