Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen murphy bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. There is only one parking space per unit, strictly enforced. A Credit Card imprint is required upon check-in. Occupancy lim- its are strictly enforced. Resort has 2 and 3 floors; no elevators. Late arrivals need to call the resort in advance to make arrangements for late check-in. Because Ft. Lauderdale is a popular area, expect delays due to heavy traffic. A car is suggested to enjoy the area. There is a city bus service. Pet policy is US$25.00-75.00 per week.
