[updating] All units are air-conditioned and have balconies that face the Gulf of Mexico, cable television with Disney, and full kitchens which feature a dishwasher, microwave oven and washer/dryer. 1BR townhouse units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa and a spiral staircase leading from the living area to the master bedroom. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed,4 double beds and 1 sleep sofa. Access to the bathrooms in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom units is through the master and twin bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom does not have a private bath. The resort requires all occupants to be over 25 unless accompanied by an adult. The resort requires a US$150 security deposit at check-in. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and cash are accepted.
