[updating] Your air-conditioned unit includes a telephone and T.V. a full kitchen including a 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, toaster and coffee maker. All units have a safe deposit box available for a fee.. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have one bath, one king bed, and sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have two baths, 2 king beds or 1 king bed and 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. The resort is 3 stories with no elevators. No pets allowed. Credit card imprint is required at check-in. There is a Govt. tax of US$50 per unit/week collected by the resort. Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required to meet immigration. A US$30 departure tax is charged at the airport when leaving. Please contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures if arriving after 7pm.
