Your air-conditioned unit includes a telephone and television, a partial kitchen including a 2 burner stove, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, toaster and a coffee maker. All units have a safe deposit box available for a fee. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 king bed. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1.5 or 2 baths, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. The resort has 2 floors and no elevators. No pets allowed. Credit card imprint is required at check-in. There is a government tax of US$50 per unit/week collected by the resort. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required by immigration. A US$30 departure tax is charged at the airport when leaving. Please contact resort in advance for check in procedures if arriving after 7pm. If members request an upgrade at the re- sort, an upgrade fee will apply.
