The resort has three floors and NO ELEVATORS. 1BR OCC:Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,1 king bed & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR UNITS OCC:Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds & 1 sleep sofa. **OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AT THIS RESORT.** All children should be included in the maximum occupancy. If more people arrive than the authorized occupancy confirmed, the resort may DENY check-in. If staying more than 10 days, room cleaning and linen change will be done after 7 days. 1 BR have 8 and 2 BR have 12 bath towels, $2 charge for additional sets. Hawaii resorts charge a tourist tax of approximately US$14.00 per week. There is a mandatory unit prep fee of US$50.00. Air conditioning is optional. The air conditioner fee for a 1 bedroom is $10/day and $12/day for the 2 bedroom unit Cash,Check,Travelers checks,Visa,& M/C accepted. Fees are collected at check-in.
