[updating] All units are air-conditioned and have a television. Some units also have a fireplace and a microwave oven. The resort can not guarantee a lake view. UNITS 101-134, 201-218 are converted motel rooms with partial kitchens. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 or 2 baths, either 1 king or queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa. Resort has 3 floors and no elevators. No pets are allowed. Some units are complete with barbecue grills. To fully enjoy the area, it is suggested that you have a car. THE RESORT IS LOCATED 40 MINUTES FROM THE BRANSON AREA. Most area shows are open April through mid-December. Ozark Mountain Christmas begins on the second Thursday in November until the end of December. You will need to call ahead to reserve a boat slip. Please call 1-800- 999-8839 for show reservations. ALL GUESTS OF RCI MEMBER'S MUST PRESENT AN RCI GUEST CERTIFICATE UPON CHECK IN. THE RESORT WILL NOT HONOR WITHOUT A GUEST CERTIFICATE.
