[updating] Each unit is complete with Central Heat and Air-conditioning, (3) color TV's, fully furnished kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, garbage disposal and a washer/dryer. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths (one with a huge shower with deluxe showerhead features and massage jets), 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Early check-ins are not permitted. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 pm contact the resort for check-in instructions. Resort has 2 floors - NO ELEVATORS. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended Pets are not allowed. Resort requires a US$100 security deposit at check-in. Resort is completely NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted in the units or common areas at the resort. RESORT AND AREA EXPERIENCED HEAVY DAMAGE DURING 2004-05 HURRICANES. ALMOST 40% OF BUSINESSES ARE OPEN. IT WILL BE AFTER 2006 BEFORE THE BEACH AND SURROUNDING AREA RETURN TO A NORMAL VACATION DESTINATION.
