[updating] Your unit at Harbor Hill features a fire- place, full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, television, VCR and a telephone. The units are NOT AIR- CONDITIONED. The hot tubs are outdoors and open in-season. **MAX OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO FIRE CODES.** 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1-1/2 baths, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 or 2-1/2 baths, 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa or 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sleep sofa. Guests cannot be moved from assigned unit. No pets are allowed. Only ONE parking place per unit. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Most amenities are off-site. Some units have up to 3 flights of stairs leading to the units. Please call to confirm your arrival time at least 48 hours in-advance. Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm. You must call resort if arriving after 5:00pm. All units are NON-SMOKING. Guests may smoke on the private deck/balcony.
