The units do not have air conditioning. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 3/4 baths, 3 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. No elevators on property. A car is necessary to enjoy the area fully. Phone charge is US$1 per day. A US$75 security deposit is required. Extra people over the room occupancy are charged US$15 each person each night. Firewood/firestarter is available for US$3 per day. Depending on weather, the slopes will close at the end of March or the first of April. CONTACT THE RESORT FOR SKI AVAILABILITY.
