Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a murphy bed with a mini kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa with full kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa with a full kitchen. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced - NO EXCEPTIONS. No Pets allowed. A security deposit of $100US is required at check-in. Overnight parking of motorhomes, boats, or campers is prohibited. Please obtain a parking permit from the resort upon arrival. There is a US$.35 charge for each local call dialed out. Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. The resort has two floors, NO ELEVATORS. Please bring beach towels for the pool and beach, cannot use towels from the units.
