One and two bedroom units come with 1-3/4 baths, jetted tubs, full kitchen, washer/ dryer, iron/board, two TVs, no cable, VCR player in the living room, and local phone service. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have a queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upper and lower units with NO elevators. One-car garage per unit. NO RV or trailer parking available. NO PETS ALLOWED!!! Swimming pool is closed from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Ski season changes each year due to weather. Golf weather - great most of the time.
