The front desk is located in the lobby. Club cards are given at check-in for all pur- chases in the resort. No pets allowed. Resort offers car rental service. "For your convenience, you may pay your bill from Fri 7am to Sat 10:30am. We remind you that after paying your bill, cash will be accepted up to US$30, exceeds require payment by credit card". Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. A blank credit card voucher signed or US$200 is required at check-in as the security deposit. US$100 will be charged per hour for late check-outs after 11am.
