[updating] Each vacation unit has a free-standing gas fireplace, cable television, VCR, full kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer. There is no air conditioning in the units. All units are 3BR townhouses, OCC: Max 8/Pri 6, with 2 baths, 3 queen beds & 1 sleep sofa. Guest check-in is at the Action Realty/Accommodation Center (second building on the right at the top of the mountain). If you anticipate a late arrival, you must contact the resort in advance. No pets are allowed. A car is required to enjoy the area fully. Tire chains are necessary to get up the mountain in the winter unless you own a 4-wheel drive. Motor homes are not permitted at the resort. Ski seasons vary each year, contact the resort to verify dates. The tennis courts are only available during daylight hours. The Appalachian summer festival runs July - August.
