There is no dining area. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 and 3/4 baths, 2 king beds and 1 queen sofa bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen or double sofabed. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 3/4 bath and 1 king bed. Upgrades not avail. No pets are allowed. No smoking allowed. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SATURDAY NOVEMBER 18, 2006 AND RE-OPEN ON SATURDAY NOV 25, 2006. Parking limited to one space per confirmation.
