[updating] All units have air-conditioning, a tele- vision and full kitchen with disposal. All suites overlook the ocean. Studio units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 twin pull-out sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units with den OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen pull-out sofa and 1 full sleep sofa. Pets are not allowed. Fees are charged for docking at the marina. Contact the dockmaster at 305/664-4455 for reser- vations. Late arrivals,after 8pm,will find unmarked keys in front of the office, in a white mailbox. Envelopes will be marked by name only,the unit number will not appear on either the key or the envelope. During check-in or sometime during the week, please schedule an appointment time for checking out the following Saturday between 8am - 10:30am. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
