[updating] All of the units at Brewster Green are air-conditioned and have a working fire- place, 2 televisions, 1 VCR, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Units C24, C27, C28 and C29 are 2BR units. OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 and have 1 bath. Units F6 and F8 are 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 with 1.5 baths. All other units have an occupancy of 6 or 8 and have 2 full baths. In addition, ALL 2BR units have 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 4 twin beds, and a queen sleep sofa. Please call ahead if you anticipate late arrival. A US$100 security deposit is required upon check-in payable by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or personal check. Some units have 2 floors, please contact the resort for details. No pets are allowed. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. The resort also has shuffle board and a horseshoe pit. Equipment for racquetball and tennis is available from the resort. Daily maid service is not provided.
