Occupancy limits are STRICTLY enforced, and you face eviction if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit, including children/babies. -Security deposit required upon check-in. -Parking is limited to one car per unit; No RV's or campers may be parked on-site. -Resort is 2 levels with no elevator. -A car is needed to fully enjoy the area. -No pets are allowed.
