[updating] All condominiums at Aquamarine Villas have a balcony, a fireplace, television, microwave and dishwasher. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. You must call the resort in advance for late arrival instructions. The resort does not have an elevator, and there are stairs both outside and inside the units. THE UNITS DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. No pets are allowed. There is an underground parking lot at the resort. Height limit may prevent some campers from parking in the underground parking lot. Motor homes/RV's are not permitted due to height limits. To fully enjoy your stay, having a car is recommended. The coastal rail system runs near the resort, and guests may experience some noise and vibration.
