Due to the high altitude and cooling breezes, the units are not air-conditioned. Each unit comes with a fireplace and microwave. The 2BR units also have a washer/dryer and dish- washer. 1Br units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2 BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Occu- pancy limits are strictly enforced, NO ex- ceptions will be made. The resort is located in a "dry county" (sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted). A car is a necessity. Children are welcome, however, there are no children's activities at the resort. Hiking, golf, gem mining, enjoying nature's waterfalls, craft show browsing, tennis and swimming are the main activities in the area. Pets are prohibited.
