[updating] Each unit at Sedona Summit Resort is air- conditioned and has a telephone, television, VCR and a microwave oven. The studio units have a partial kitchen. One and two bedroom units have a full kitchen including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, fireplace, washer/dryer, and a whirlpool tub. Some units have stairs. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 3/4 bath, a queen bed, and a queen sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, a king bed, and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king and 1 queen bed, and 2 queen sleep sofas. No pets are allowed. US$50 fee collected at check-in for incidental charges. Unused balance refunded at check-out. RV's over 18 feet are not allowed to park on the resort property. Unit upgrades are subject to availability and require an upgrade fee.
