[updating] Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. 2 bedroom units are townhouses and have a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. Your room contains a television, VCR and microwave oven. There is no air conditioning or conventional oven. The beach is a popular, busy location, and street noise is common. No pets are allowed. No vehicle higher than 7 Ft including RV's may be parked in the resort garage, on the street, or the immediate area per Local Ordinance. There is only 1 parking space per unit. The resort charges a US$5 per day parking fee. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. THERE IS NO POOL AT THE PROPERTY. RESORT ENFORCES 1 IN 4 YEAR RULE.
