[updating] All units offer a panoramic view of the harbor. Units 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 have a cozy sitting area in the livingroom. The full kitchen has a breakfast area for all dining. Units also have phones, VCR, television and washer/dryer. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1.7 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 murphy bed in the living area. No pets allowed in the condos. Service & Seeing Eye dogs are excepted. There are 20-50 stairs leading to units 2, 3, 4, & 5 and No elevators. A vehicle is necessary to enjoy the surrounding area. Locally, enjoy the charm of county fairs, sand- castle building, kite flying, and seafood and wine tasting festivals. The Performing Arts Center brings national talent for entertainment. Guests arriving after 5pm Friday, or on another day must contact the resort in advance for check-in instructions. Office is open Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 4pm.
