The 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 queen beds & 1 pull-out sofa. Some 2BR units have 2 full baths. 1BR units OCC Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 full bath, 1 queen bed & a pull-out sofa. The building has three stories, with elevators available. Each building has an ADA unit which is located on the first floor and requires no stairs or lifts. The resort features a guest laundry facility (on-site), convenience store, valet services, free parking, concierge services, an outdoor swimming pool, exercise room, sport court, & hot tub. Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, and sport court. No pets are allowed. The resort charges a US$150.00 security deposit upon check in, this deposit is returned upon check out, but can take up to a week.
