Additional unit amenities include a whirlpool tub in the master bath, a remote-control color television with cable and a VCR, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a microwave oven. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Please notify resort if expecting late arrival (after 5:00 pm) to make arrangements for check-in. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the Sarasota area. Recreational vehicles, motor homes, boat trailers and motorcycles are not permitted on the resort property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the units or in the air-conditioned common areas of the resort. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Penalties will go into effect June 1, 2000.
