Studio "B" units have a full kitchen and separate air-conditioning unit and no balcony. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a murphy bed (1 room unit). 1BR "A" units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR "B" units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 2 double beds, 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 full beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 2 sleep sofas. A US$100 security deposit is charged at check-in. Most units have a limited view of the gulf or a view of the parking lot. The unit size and type you are assigned will be what you will occupy-RELOCATIONS TO LARGER UNITS OR UNITS WITH BETTER VIEWS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. Pets are not allowed.
